Won't work

I have had a hard time adjusting the modes and volume didn't sound much different. My left ear started acting up where I couldn't hear even when turning the volume up, but for a day off charging it works a little better only to have right one conk out completely with a two days of charging. Yes I'll be returning these. But I truly do love the way they fit perfect in my ears, if only they worked how I need
